If you need pet insurance, you can stop looking now. Embrace has been a fantastic company to work with. They don't haggle with reimbursements, timely reimburse you, and have great customer service! My dog has melanoma in its' mouth and lungs and they've paid for every x-ray, immunization shot, and surgery over the last few years without question. I can't say enough about how great this company is! AT

Words can not express my disappointment with this "sketchy" company. I don't know where they're getting these reviews but you may also like to check out the Google (Maps) reviews. I'd VERY much recommend avoiding this company!!

Best Decision Ever
I am so happy that I made this investment for my dog's protection. Everything is online, easy, and quick to pay once they have all of your pet's records from their veterinarian. I just got a 2nd dog and put him on immediately. Very reasonable and very responsive. Very happy client.

Easy, friendly, and the difference for having your buddy around for another day
Ironically, I was questioning the value of pet insurance last month. Why was I sending $32 a month away? Then my lovable (and very, very dumb) cat ate 4 feet of string. Intestines blocked, I was looking at $5000+ of vet bills, something I couldn't afford. I made 2 phone calls to Trupanion from the parking lot of the animal hospital, seeking reassurance that the policy would work. Both customer service employees were friendly, informative, and wished my cat the best outcome. Somewhat queasily, I put the bill on my credit card, gearing up for what I expected to be a long negotiation process for the bill (if you've ever fought human medical bills, you know). 36 hours later, my claim was approved. All of it. No negotiation, no fighting whether "bloodwork" is routine or emergency. (Though Trupanion is clear they do not cover "exam fees" - so expect to cover that) The money was direct deposited in my account before my buddy's surgery sedatives wore off. I cannot recommend this insurance company enough. They made a difficult, emotional situation easier, by not having to stress (much) about the financial aspects.

Best Pet Insurance Out There!
I've had Healthy Paws for my Jack Russell Terrier(JRT) since 2015, basically when he was almost a year old. They have always been fair and processed claims quickly. Their app is very easy to navigate and you can keep track of all your claims even into the future. Recently, Ozzy, my JRT, had a mass growing on his front leg. Removal of the growth and skin grafts are extremely expensive and continuous bandage changes add up. We have spent well over $2k so far and Ozzy is not nearly finished with his care yet. Never, not once, has Healthy Paws given us trouble with our claims. And they even emailed us to inquire on his recovery! What insurance does that?! The level of professionalism and heart this company has is admirable. If you are looking into Pet Insurance, look no further. The premiums are a small cost for peace of mind. No regrets.

I am so happy and satisfied with my AKC…
I am so happy and satisfied with my AKC pet insurance. My English bulldog is 6 months now and has undergone surgery on his eyes. He developed cherry eye. He was suffering and has been to eye specialist several times. My insurance responded within 2 days and paid 80% of my claim. I would highly recommend AKC pet insurance. They are very professional and always send an EOB so you can what was paid. Thank you
