Having claims processed quickly has been a godsend. I had claims totaling $1700+ between my vet and the ER. Being on a limited income with a kitten having a serious condition, money is tight. Customer service was helpful answering questions about estimates. Love, love, love Pumpkin insurance.

Helpful, knowledgeable customer service
I have had very friendly, kind, helpful and knowledgeable customer service experiences. I've called to ask questions to ensure I've submitted my claims properly and with proper documentation to avoid any delays in processing and they've been very helpful in educating me so I get the most out of my insurance benefits. And if anything new comes up they find me a quick answer. By understanding the correct information and documentation needed to process claims it helps to expedite the process. And the friendly and caring customer service employees are a welcome bonus.
