Super quick and easy!
Had to take my pup in for a routine heartworm test. Submitted a claim within 24 hours and within minutes it had been processed and refund was issued. I couldn’t be more impressed!

Okay with some room for improvement
The online claim submission portal wouldn't submit despite all requirements met and had to email the claim form in after printing it out and writing the details in. The reimbursement time is lengthy - was told 6-9 weeks after claim submission. So far this is only time ever purchased pet insurance I can say this is definitely the least accommodating of all my policies (renter's car and auto maintenance, others). This seems to be typical among these pet insurance agencies upon researching the options.

Avoid this company at all costs
This "insurance" has been the worst I have ever experienced in my life. They double charged me for my one dog for 3 months, upon calling to get it corrected, it was near impossible to reach someone. Fast forward a year later, I am trying to cancel my services because they increased my monthly fee by $30 without any indication or explanation as to why. They have told me they will refund me the month of services that were charged that I never used, but instead of receiving said refund they have charged me for another month of service!!! The company legitamtly comes across as a scam, and has cost me far more money then has ever been returned. I now need to cancel my credit card in order to stop payments from continuing to come out. Because even on the app, it says my policy is canceled. Yet I can't remove my credit card and they keep charging. Absolutely terrible company. I would highly highly advice against even looking into this company.
