They Care!

Lemonade really cares about your pet! They make the process feel warm and inviting. I had a scare with my dog getting pneumonia and ending up in the ER. The costs were very high to get her fully treated and entering in the claim was nerve wrecking. BUT the lemonade team checked in on my dogs health apart from getting further details. They made me feel at ease and made the process extremely easy. I recommend this insurance to all pet owners!

Easy to navigate, helpful, clear, transparent -- highly recommend!

I started with Healthy Paws when my pup was 6 months old. This is my first time using pet insurance, and I am really happy with Healthy Paws. Recently, my pup, who is two years old, started experiencing some pain related to a shoulder injury, and Healthy Paws has been kind, clear, transparent, and expedient in processing claims, sending reimbursements, and supporting me navigate a challenging time. Embrace is Outstanding

I had Embrace from 2016 to 2018, cancelled for reasons UNRELATED to the service, and rejoined 3 months ago. I had 4 dogs at the time, and Embrace was just as kind and quick on claims as they were the first time. There was no "nitpicking" on claims, and the app makes everything so much faster! I recently sent one of my boys across the rainbow bridge and the compassion, kindness and patience of the Embracer I worked with over the phone, Victoria S. was so comforting and reassuring! After the claim was processed I received a card from Victoria that was imbued with wildflower seeds to plant in memory of my sweet boy. The price of my policy, for 4 dogs, was very affordable for me. Thank you Victoria and Embrace for your kindness and compassion.

Self-serving and sneaky. Beware.

This company is really good at taking your money. So good that they raise your rates WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU. So watch your credit card statements, kids. My dog had a procedure Embrace paid 1 month and labeled 'a preexisting condition' the next time he needed it done. And they just approved it the previous month! Prepare to wait on hold at least a half hour before anyone answers the phone to straighten things out. Which btw, they won't.
