Very stressful and frustrating to try to work withave been with Pets Best for 8 to 10…
I have been with Pets Best for 8 to 10 years with several pets. The company, service etc is vastly different than say, 5 years ago. Last claim I'm still waiting after 60 days...so much confusion, mixed messages from whoe er you can reach ( o. hold forever and a pretty rude woman who evidently, sells policies. I have paid 3 premiums since I started this claim. ...but. nothing from Pets Best. I'm terminating my policies and feel the quality etc has suffered alot. I would not recommend them at this point. I used to refer people all the time...its too bad. I'm not interested or need the kind of hassle and frustration I'm experiencing with this company. The claim I submitted is very basic and she had skin issues before but, they act like it requires great scrutiny. I don't have the time or emotional energy to deal with company anymore
