I could not be happier.
My first time using the insurance and my deposit was in my account from a wellness check and shots within two weeks of my pups appointment. My wife has another imsurance company on her dog and they don't even cover wellness checks. I could not be more staisfied with my choice of Fetch Insurance.

I appreciate being able to call initially and get my procedure pre approved (call helped me learn how to do it). Once procedure was done submitted claim took as long as I expected and covered what I was expecting. I was able to verify payments went through.

WORST Pet Insurance I've had.
This is the worst pet insurance experience I’ve had. Your website and online platform have been nonfunctional for months, making it nearly impossible to manage claims. My coverage is being denied for “pre-existing conditions,” even though the symptoms are new and fall well within the active policy period. I’m also being asked for additional documentation (an itemized invoice) that was already submitted with the original claim. When I try to upload it again through the portal, it simply doesn’t work. It genuinely feels like these obstacles are intentionally put in place to discourage customers from pursuing valid claims. I doubt anyone will read or respond to this review to address these serious service issues. If I’m not contacted, I will be canceling my policy before the next billing cycle.
