I am very impressed with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. Filing a claim was easy. They communicated well during the process and promptly reimbursed me for the covered expenses. So far, I have filed 4 claims and have had the same excellent response and quick turn around experience each time. Not only were they efficient but after a few days they even contacted me to check on how my pet was doing in his recovery. The personal touch was quit unexpected but very much appreciated. I highly recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. Veterinary costs can quickly become a huge burden to someone on a fixed income. Budgeting the small monthly premium gives me peace of mind knowing my sweet little buddy will be taken care of without hesitation and can get the best medical care needed. Patsy Russell

Trupanion has been a lifesaver!
Trupanion has really given me the comfort of being able to make the best decisions for my pets, rather than based on what I can afford. I've used it when one of my dogs had cancer, when another dog needed physical therapy, and when my cat was sick. There have been one or two little hiccups along the way, but a quick phone call has always resolved the issue and their customer service has always been really friendly (and people actually answer the phone). I recommend Trupanion to everyone with pets!

This insurance is the biggest scam I’ve ever experienced. I’ve paid ever month for almost a year & submitted 4 claims from my Vet only to have every single one of them being declined, immediately! All claims were “supposed” to be covered & not even a single one was reimbursed. Total & complete waste of almost $1,000.00 dollars, down the drain. Do not make the same mistake I did. Complete bait & switch!

I’m so glad that I carry trupanion insurance on both my boys, I never thought I need it but I wanted that piece of mind and so glad that my vet recommended trupanion I had heard so many bad things about pet insurance but I have to say I’d recommend them to all my friends.

Pumpkin has been great for my fur baby…
Pumpkin has been great for my fur baby and all that has been going on with her. We adopted a dog from South Korea, and you never know what you're getting with a rescue. We've had great luck with rescues in the past, but this one was far older than advertised. Micha had lumps and bumps of an older dog and Pumpkin has fulfilled the terms of the agreement with little delay and no real hassles. I've been so happy to have them.

Awesome friendly help from the good people who answer the phones to the adjusters. My dogs are glad they are part of the PPU family cause they get the best care. Shout out to Amanda who helped me with my claim that was missing info !
