We have been with Trupanion for over 10 years
We have been with Trupanion for over 10 years and NEVER had a problem with the co. at all . Our three dogs have been maintained by them the whole time, boy talk about relief not having to worry about if we can afford to get our pets treated for any sickness. We are down to one dog now and still with Trupanion KUDOOES GUYS thanks again staff fantastic Mary &Ken Bedford

Trupanion staff really seem to care about my furry friends. Anytime I call with a question, they do a great job explaining the process and always ask how my fur babies are doing!

The Best
We have had Embrace Insurance for about 15 years – 2 dogs and a cat during that time. They have been superb through it all, and when faced with a hospital bill of over $8000 we were very thankful we had Embrace covering 80% of it. They are also helping with the ongoing expense of having a dog with Addison's Disease. Additionally, talking to any Customer Care person is a very pleasant experience.

Trupanion is a lifesaver
I have a 1year10 month old Neapolitan Mastiff.She is an awesome sweet fun dog.The problem is she has hip dysplasia in both hips and elbow dysplasia in one elbow.She had one hip replaced in April of 2021 and two elbow operations . She also had two platelet injection’s in her elbow and we’re going next week to see if she needs her other hip done. Trupanion covered everything including prescriptions and supplements at 90%. What a lifesaver. Trupanion is so easy to work with. Their customer service is top notch.I am one hundred percent satisfied.I would recommend Trupanion to anyone.

The best pet insurance
Easy to work with and quick with claims. They checked on my dog after her surgery and were able to pay the vet directly. The two tplo surgeries were really hard to go through but they made it easier. I recommend them to anyone with an active dog like mine!

Excellent Service & true to their word
I had my little Ellie Mae insured with Trupanion since she was 6 months old. I really didnt have a need for the insurance until she was almost 2 yrs old when she was diagnosed with Addison's and really used the insurance when she was critical with hyperparathyroidism. Trupanion were sent quotes by the specialty hospital & answered within 10 mins of receiving those quotes. They were true to their word & paid 90%of approved items. Unfortunately my little girl is in Heaven now but I cant thank Trupanion enough for everything they did. Even when i called to advise their call centre that Ellie had passed the person I spoke with was so good. Thank you.

I was trying to contact the customer service, but no body answered. Even the online chat told me they will contact me after reviewing my claim, I didn't get any response. My wellness package is a waste of money.

Healthy Paws = The Godsend to Keep My Fur Family Healthy! Thank you HP!
Healthy Paws has been nothing but a godsend for helping keep my family healthy and happy! Our fur babies have had a few incidents where we've either needed a Blue Pearl Visit or unfortunately a surgery or (three in our unfortunate case!) Because of Healthy paws, I'm able to make sure my family is always well taken care of and I'm not forced to choose between the care they need and some other important necessity like food or shelter. If you have a fur baby you should never go a day with out this protection. Thank you Healthy Paws! You've found a customer for life.
