Excellent experience. The claim process was very simple and painless. Also I love the speed in which the claim was processed. The payment was fair. The only issue I have is the monthly cost; a little expensive, but given the return it is worth it.

Looks for every angle to reject. If this were human medicine there would be specific ICD9 and ICD10 codes so that allergies have specificity, trupanion does none of this, one leg: every issue in the leg, one allergy must mean all from food, anaphylaxis or seasonal, outdoor. For the monthly cost, save your cash and pay in cash, after all 150 a month and a seven hundred ductible for one issue only? Lots of money the state insurance commissioner and the FTC should look at.

Super Easy Process
The process of submitting claims is easy and only requires a few questions along with documentation of visit and invoice. Then just waiting period for review. The EOB is also great for explaining what is covered and not covered in your policy.
