I find the monthly cost is expensive…
I find the monthly cost is expensive and it still did not completely pay for Tuckers surgery at last claim, I was disappointed. Find it very costly to insure a healthy Puppy, it only pays a portion of the annual visits and a portion of the cost of vaccines, I am considering if it is necessary

When Tucker’s lab work revealed he had abnormally elevated liver enzymes and required a liver ultrasound Trupanion covered the cost minus the deductible. They were easy to contact and responded immediately. This has been a third occasion that I needed to use his insurance and they were wonderful. Having the insurance makes it all worthwhile even though you hope you don’t have to use it. I am so happy that I have it. I highly recommend Trupanion as they are a trustworthy company to deal with.

Both of my girls had pancreatitis. ASPCA pet insurance has allowed me the opportunity to have wonder, quality care for my babies. ASPCA insurance had been amazing! I highly recommend it for all pet owners.

Kind, helpful, and quick reimbursement
My dog had an awful accident and had to have emergency surgery. I paid for it, knowing I had pet insurance, but after hearing so many horror stories, I was worried my claim would be denied. I submitted my claim on a Monday, it was marked as completed on Wednesday, and the money was deposited directly into my bank account by the next Monday. So it took just one week to process my claim and get reimbursed. I did have to call customer support about a question I had on my claim form, and they were incredibly kind and helpful, and asked about how my pet was recovering. I was pleasantly surprised and really happy with my experience.

I recently got a new puppy and knew I needed pet insurance to help with the costs of exams, shots, and who knows what he might get into… he eats anything he can get his paws on!! The Spot team was able to help me find coverage that was perfect for my puppy and provide me with learning content as a new pet parent. Overall great customer service and friendly staff! Great Pet Insurance Company
ASPCA Pet Insurance has been a great move on our part. Costs have been relatively flat on the policies and their service has been great. As with most companies processing claims got a little slow during the pandemic, but now they are getting them done in days. Very easy company to work with. We lost one of our two furbabies a couple of weeks ago, and I was blown away with the compassion shown by ASPCA. Not only did they process the claim quickly, unlike another insurance company we used to be with they also cancelled the pups policy and won't be billing for the rest of the year. They also called us with condolences, and then we got a wonderful and compassionate card in the mail as well. This company is the BEST!!!
