Can’t give an opinion when I haven’t used it one thing I don’t like you already took your one month payment but I cannot use the insurance for 20 days not fair at all

Unimpressed…
I was unaware of the 14 day waiting period for this pet insurance. The waiting period needs to be made extremely clear when registering online. Because of it, my dog had a medical emergency that was not covered. I was absolutely outraged and cancelled the insurance immediately. Thankfully, I want given a refund on my initial payment.

Good Customer Service
I accidentally signed up for 2 accounts instead of 1. I called and left my phone number and was promptly called back and the problem was quickly resolved. Good customer service in our time of poor customer service with so many businesses.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE : (
I don't know what to do...I have NOT received any documentation about the policies I took out. Please REFUND my money. I have tried to call but the hold time makes it impossible to discuss this with anyone. At least give me an email address to contact.

Disappointed and disheartening
Was very excited when getting this insurance for our dog. However the unfortunate happened and our dog was rushed to an emergency vet In The middle of the night. This happened in the 14 day period even thought you took my premium payment and my policy was active. We were previously enrolled with spot pet ins and I wish that the representative would have explained this further as I would have continued my policy with spot until this policy took effect. This was unfortunate luck and a hospital visit that cost us $2000 with no help from aspca in which we are current and paid but fell into a loop hole. Very disappointed and disheartening
