Problem Solved
Well, apparently we experienced some sort of glitch with my new policy. Payment went through but, the new policy was nowhere to be found. Somehow it didn’t link to my existing account. Fortunately my phone call about the issue led me to Regina who promptly found a remedy to the problem, refunded my original payment and even got me a discount on my new policy! I cannot say enough about Regina’s professionalism in not only dealing with my issue but, also finding an easy and painless solution! Thank you again Regina!

They don’t cover anything in reference to French Bulldogs had the insurance since my puppies were 6 weeks the oldest is now 11months and Embrace has not reimbursed me for not 1 vet bill I have submitted. Had I saved the $159 I paid them for 11mo I would have more $ in my pocket than the actual vet bills cost in total. They say they cover everything to get u to purchase until u have to submit a claim and they do everything in their power to deny you. How does a 4 month old puppy have a chronic condition!!? Most vets don’t even diagnose allergies until 1yrs old. But b/c the ER vet wrote in the soap notes my Frenchie will need to be re-evaluated at 1 yr for a nasal condition that is known for short nose breeds they refused to pay?!?. What am I paying insurance for if the insurance refuses to pay anything. All these good reviews must be about the customer service to get your $$ b/c after that you on your own!! Save your $$ yourself for vet emergencies b/c Embrace is a SCAM!!!

Since I have been a covered client for my dog , Trupanion has stood by any & all claims according to contract guidelines. Due to this coverage, it has made it more affordable to keep my dogs health more closely monitored, especially while he requires expensive , life saving medications. Trupanion handled the claim for Louieâs surgery from beginning to end. They were quick and efficient and handled all the paperwork so I could focus on my petâs immediate needs.
