Peace of Mind For Mom of a CKD Kitty!
It was easy to access the 'upload an invoice' button once I had logged in. The form was easy to fill out. Although, I think I took too long with the 'reason for visit' section, and was logged out. This meant I had to fill out the form a 2nd time. That was the only hiccup. I immediately received an email saying the claim had been received, which was nice. It was processed quickly and everything except the visit fee and nail clipping fee was covered by 90%! Given the fact that Millie has several chronic illnesses, and this one visit ended up being over $700, it was a huge relief knowing I would be reimbursed for a good portion of it. I was very pleased! Now if only I can get my vet to start using direct payments...

Very positive experience
It was an amazingly quick response to my claim submission, a matter of a few days. And the payment was in my checking account within the week. In addition Trupanion texted or emailed me throughout. It may be the only positive experience I’ve ever had with an insurance company.

Get Trupanion, they’re the best!
I am so glad that we got Trupanion for our dear Kitty. She is our baby and if not for Trupanion, we probably wouldn’t be able to handle the expense for her mastectomy. We were devastated when she was diagnosed with mammary gland tumors and possible malignancy. Imagine the shock when we saw the estimate one facility gave us! But Trupanion was there with us all the way through. They approved the estimates from both vets quickly and there was no hassle in terms of getting reimbursed. And if your vet allows it, they will even pay them directly, you don’t even have to bring out your wallet. Very fast and efficient, staff is also very caring, helpful and accommodating. Thank you, Trupanion, for helping Kitty and for helping us. ??????
