The plan has worked as advertised
The plan has worked as advertised. Deductible was partially met over a few minor episodes. An infected cyst, probably dermoid cyst, required excision and antibiotics. Claim was submitted and processed expeditiously. Rest of deductible and copay deducted and a check issued. Process was very easy to submit and essentially hassle free. We will be signing up our new puppy.

Pets Best has made it easy to decide without any hesitation to seek medical treatment for my two rescue pups. They have an easy to navigate system and have provided exceptional service and care during the nearly 5 years I have been a customer. This new to me so I can’t say much 🤷♀️
This new to me so I can’t say too much 🤷♀️But, it was easy, explained all that the plan covers and which it did not and how you have a choice to add wellness. There is also different amounts on your deductions you can choose from, the lower the deductible the higher the premium. While let’s see how everything goes once we try to use it 🤷♀️

We have been very pleased with the response and help Trupanion has given us during our dog Rascal recent emergency. Without insurance we would have been forced to put him down over cost of care but we were able to get him well with this coverage.
