The signup process was seamless
The signup process was seamless, clear, and concise—a rarity in the insurance market. The Many Pets portal looks clean. I would, however, like to see more security options such as 2FA. I hope my three dogs remain healthy, and aside from taking advantage of the preventative maintenance wellness plan, I wish NOT to use accident/illness coverage but instead have it as "peace of mind." However, in the event of a claim, I do hope the reimbursement process is as easy and understandable as the signup process.

Kindness, compassion, and peace of mind.
Even before I found my little angel, Murff, I knew the importance of obtaining pet insurance from a trustworthy provider. After all my research I chose Trupanion, and am so glad I did. All was well until my Vet noticed a problem with his joints and made treatment recommendations. I felt sick over the diagnosis, but Trupanion was there to help. It's the little things that count so much; calling my pet by his name, and the positive uplifting statements about making Murff better give an emotional lift hard to describe in words. I recommend Trupanion in good conscience to all my friends who have or are about to have pets. Thank you for the peace of mind and the caring professionalism you always present. Steve

Fantastic Peace Of Mind
We have had pets in the past where they had health problems that had cost us a lot of money, but since we love our pets we had the procedures done. We also had times where we had to really think is the cost worth treating the pet due to age or some other issue. Now with pet insurance we do not have to think about cost as an issue, just is the treatment the best thing for our dogs. It is a relief in making decisions. Embrace has been great in approvals when we have used it.
