Potentially Fraudulent Business
Absolutely terrible and borderline fraudulent company. I'll be pursuing a grievance with my credit card company against them. Had claims denied for spurious and false reasons, despite providing all the required information to show the claims were valid. Needing teeth cleaned 5 years prior was considered a pre-existing condition, and coverage denied for a heart problem. DO NOT PURCHASE PETSBEST INSURANCE!!!

The price to insure my pet were extremely reasonable considering the benefits received for the cost are outstanding. The claims process from submission to receiving the reimbursement was fast and easy. I am so glad I decided to get this insurance for my pup.

I am comfortable with Embrace. Less worry about $. Many thanks to Embrace. My dog had TLP surgery for both knee in 2020 and 2022. She is happy dog. She was no longer crying.

Excellent ...it offers preventive which includes spaying and it processes claims really quickly .....the amounts refunded are not realistic by comparison with pricing in my area but something back is better than nothing

Was given pamphlet by my Cat Dr. I have 2 persian which are my life and they are prone to problems.Vet bills can run in the thousands so it's nice to know I have Trupanion covering them so I don't have to worry. KEISHA IS AMAZING SO EASY TO TALK TO. and really helpful explaining policy.
