Good value for the money.
Signing up was easy and the rates are very competitive. We couldn't find another pet insurance provider that offered more for a more reasonable price. An extra bonus is that the SPCA has a clinic near our home, so a win/win.

The best, Pets best insurance……
I think Pets best is a great insurance company. My dog has had a leg issue and now a mast cell tumor. They have been great and Dixie so far is doing excellent. Thanks Pets best for helping invest in my dogs quality of life and future.

Terrible lag time to pay claims
Terrible lag time yo pay claims. I submitted my claim early this month, and they haven’t paid me anything. My vet bill was for my dogs skin allergies. I also had to wait on hold for 45 minutes!!!! Absurd, do NOT waste your money on this insurance.

Another perk is having the flexibility to choose your deductible cost and reimbursement percentage. New policy
I contacted ManyPets today to setup my policy for my new puppy. I asked for Kate and she recalled everything we discussed several days ago. That allowed her to put the policy together in a matter of minutes. Kate made the entire process so easy and understandable. I felt like she really cared about helping me get exactly what I needed for my pup.
