Not only have they been efficient in their communication but so quick with reimbursement, their app makes it super easy and fast to submit claims, and for us, what has been an emotional roller coaster Trupanion has made this step seamless and painless. Amazingly quick turnaround for claims
This is my second time having to submit claims for my poor little boy who had GI issues that we hope are now permanently resolved. I submitted claims last night, got confirmation of those claims within minutes, and in less than 24 hours the claims are processed. I could not ask for more, I wish human insurance was this easy! Worst Insurance ever
As much as I provided the information they requested they never reimbursed me for my justified expeneses. Everytime I got a different person and had to explain myself multiple times. I greatlty discourage anyone from getting this insurance. Rip Off.
