Fast response
My little pup got a little poisoned from a plant leaf , rushed to emergency , treated and is ok now. Pets Best was great on handling my claim . Very satisfied and with the peace of mind that I can count on Pets Best I don't have to worry about taking care if my babies due to high vet bills. I recommended to friends for their 2 dogs and they are also very pleased!

Slow and little coverage
Our dog ran into something in our yard (we don't know what) and cut a deep gash in her side. We paid $1100 to our emergency vet to get her stitched up. After our $500 deductible and 80% coverage, we should have received about $450, but we only are getting less than $350. Iit's been over 30 days and we haven't received payment yet. Terrible.

My Number 1 Pet Insurer. I am a new customer of Lemonade and have already had wonderful experience. Submitting a claim was as easy using the phone App. Although I mistakenly submitted a claim with the wrong amount, I reached out and a representative was able to make the correction with ease and quickly.

I just rescued my pup less than 2 months ago and I am so happy I got the insurance right away. Don’t you know we have already had to use it! The claims process is easy and direct. There was even an oversight on one of the bills - so I called customer service and they resolved it extremely quickly and thoroughly. So far very impressed! I was burned by a poor pet insurance from a different carrier previously and I am really pleased so far. We have already met our deductible for the year - and I feel confident in their services going forward
