I love Trupanion!!!
I love Trupanion! This is one pet insurance company that I highly recommend. While they don’t offer a military discount they DO offer a Service Dog discount depending on what state you live in. They also do what they say what there going to do unlike other so called pet insurance policies. Don’t waste time and money on others like PetPlan because they won’t cover anything!! That company will find any reason to not pay on a claim and then you are screwed because now everything is considered pre-existing. So just with one of the best to start with and that’s Trupanion!!!

Fast and easy
My dog got very sick very suddenly and had to be rushed to the emergency department where he had to undergo a lot of treatment and a 5-day hospitalization. I was terrified I was going to lose him and at the moment had no idea how I was going to pay for this. I submitted the bill to Healthy Paws (as well as follow up visits and specialists that my dog had to see) and the hospital visit claim was processed and deposited into my account within five days (including weekends). Healthy Paws saved Duke and I don’t know what I would have done. The app makes it so easy to use and the turn around is so fast. Thank you so much for helping to save my dog. He is currently recovering but certainly wouldn’t have been able to without healthy paws.

Nope nope nope
Im canceling my insurance with these guys asap. Have a vet visit tomorrow $1300 to which they are covering 0. Ive been paying $85 month during a pandemic for nothing. With the $200 you have to pay in order to even make a claim thats $1220. I should have just flushed that money down the toilet. Do not recommend. Going with another company.

Best pet insurance
Healthy Paws has been a very reliable company providing pet insurance. We had a very unexpected problem with our dog that ended up requiring neurosurgery. Healthy Paws made it eady to submit claims, processed them quickly and even checked uo on the progress of our dog.

My claim was processed so quickly! I had my claim settled within 3 days of submitting a claim. The reason it even took three days is I was delayed in providing records. I received a friendly reminder via text and email. I am very happy and satisfied with the service I was provided.

I was surprised at how little was repaid
I was surprised that not as much was covered for my dog as last year for Scooby's annual exam and shots. Last year, everything was paid for, but this year they only paid half (I already met the deductible for the year). I am a little disappointed, but it is still worth it paying for the insurance just in case there is an emergency.
