Anytime I've called Trupanion I've always had great customer service my queres always answered.
Anytime I've called Trupanion I've always had great customer service, my queres always answered. I really like Trupanion paying their portion directly to the vet & I pay the balance. I've never had a problem with my claims like others I've heard about with a similar case as mine (dental surgery). I would/did recommend Trupanion.

'Mary' is annoying.
I would have liked to have been able to see variables more easily. I was also really annoyed by the daily reminders from 'Mary'. I don't need a daily reminder. Sorry. it makes me cranky. LOL
