I gave a 7 because this company has labeled my dog aggressive and he isnât.
I gave a 7 because this company has labeled my dog aggressive and he isnât. The tech who wrote the note stated he showed aggression however he was just a playful, teething puppy. The vet corrected the note but your company who has never met my dog still has him as aggressive. I tell everyone who is considering pet ins. to make sure they are careful when talking to anyone in their vet office regarding their dog as it could be misunderstood and documented as such and then they will have a pre-existing condition,

I havenât gotten to use my insurance ever. However, The people on call were so sweet to me when I had no understanding of pet insurance but needed it! They took their time to give me examples of anything I was confused about and it really made me comfortable choosing trupanion!!
