I don’t understand why there is no answer for rehabilitation treatment which was ordered by the doctor due to injury - especially when the injury has already been covered.

Information was asked for & supplied even though it was already in Trupanion files from 2016. Why have the rehabilitation coverage if it is not supported when there is an injury?

We purchased a Golden Retriever pup from a 30 year breeder of Golden Retrievers within the last six months. Highly regarded breeder, very expensive pup with an unforeseen illness. Purchase was our 3rd dog. My wife and I are beside ourselves. Trupanion is beside us and paid vet bills within minutes per their policy. Simply amazed by the company.
