I realize this is just for catastrophic illness/injury, but I wonder if it was the smart thing to even pick up this insurance. I would not recommend it.

Claim Clarity Needed
I am disappointed with the companies rejection of the claim. I do not understand why a sick visit for an existent condition is not a covered claim.
