I have 2 Great Danes, who are the bestest girls ever! One is elderly, and the other has osteosarcoma; each have required a lot of medical care. Trupanion has been amazing, and has enabled me to provide them with the excellent veterinary care that they deserve. I’m so very grateful to Trupanion!

Trupanion is so easy to file a claim from my dogs doctors appointment. I simply went on line , filled out the form and sent it to them. Within a week I had almost $500 deposited into my bank account. Also when I have questions on how to do it I call and a real person actually answers the phone. They are so friendly and helpful

This is my 3rd year of policy renewal
This is my 3rd year of policy renewal, very unhappy with the claim processing time. My premium is paid in full, the claims are all the same for her treatment, yet it takes 3-4 weeks for reimbursement? Is this company at risk, bankruptcy, etc??
