Incredible service
Trupanion is by far the best pet insurance carrier as I’ve had others and they fall very short. Direct pay to the emergency room allowed me to focus on the care my dog needed instead of how I was going to pay for his unexpected health crisis.

I had to reset my password and the rep on the phone (Kristin?) was excellent! They helped me get the account reset so that I could use it, and then I submitted several claims from this year.
