Think again before buying pet insurance
My dog was in pain and limping. We have an open claim for this. Vet wasnât sure why so did a urinalysis for a UTI. This invoice was coded as a UTI and a new claim was opened. Dog does not have a UTI. Results were negative. N Ed to bring her back in for another X-ray. We are spending approximately $500 on each vet visit as she is I. Pain/limping but TruPanion keeps coding as a different injury or illness each time. Totally ridiculous. Would never purchased this vet insurance if I knew it was going to be like this.
