Have only used once so far but great experience. They explain things well and follow up with payment very quickly.
As we got Gidget as a kitten I reviewed many pet insurance plans before purchasing. We had a bad experience with another company who would not pay us anything. So as we now have a new kitten/pet we thought it best to get insurance. She will have to go for her first annual exam in the next few months so I expect the same attention/payment as her last test. I was able to speak to a real agent who helped me thru the process. I recommend Lemonade highly.

Lemonade takes such good care of me and my puppy! She's had an incredible string of bad luck thatbhas required multiple vet visits before she even turned 1, and Lemonade gave me the peace of mind that I would be able to take care of her, no matter what treatment she needed. Best insurance experience I’ve ever had!
I use lemonade for pet and rental insurance and have had nothing but amazing experiences. Our pup accidentally got into a bottle of Tylenol and had to be hospitalized overnight - lemonade was so easy and quick and covered 90% of our expenses within a week!
