My 4month old boxer JoJo collapsed
My 4month old boxer JoJo collapsed after running and playing in the backyard. After taking JoJo to the cardiologist, eeg and ultrasound confirmed a heart defect called Subaortic Stenosis, JoJo has to take beta blockers for the rest of his life. We submitted our first claim for almost $700 and in less than 5 weeks we were approved and reimbursed.Easy as could be! JoJo had to see the cardiologist 6 months later for a check up. The bill was just under $400. We submitted the claim to Fetch,this time we were reimbursed in less than 1.5 weeks. Easy as could be! Its worrisome raising a puppy knowing he has a heart condition and the cost of keeping JoJo healthy means a lifetime of medication and annual visits to cardiologist. Thank goodness for Fetch! So far.. theyve always had our back! Sincerely, Jojos parents

My dog has had a spate of bad luck recently, including surgery and urgent care. Hartville made claiming these incidents painless for me, and they reimburse very quickly once they have all of the required documentation. It's totally worth the monthly payments to know that if anything happens to either of my dogs, I don't have to worry as much about the cost of the vet bill, which is so important in getting them the care that they need.

Fair and balanced policy. Everything is listed in detail to what is covered and what is out of pocket. It good to know you have peace of mind that if an incident occurs you will be taken care of. I been scarred with other providers canceling because we used their services.

Super easy and fast
I had a claim for vomiting for Sebastian (my cat) that PHI Direct paid quickly and easily. I called them to submit my claim and provide all the details they needed. The person I spoke to helped me to understand the process and the claim was paid a few days later. I would recommend PHI Direct to other pet owners in Canada.

Trupanion has been an absolutely wonderful company to work with. I have had a policy with them going on 9 years for two dogs. They truly place your pet's well being first and foremost! I have two dogs under policy. I have found Trupanion to be very kind, courteous and caring toward their clients. They follow up with communication within hours to let you know they have received information and are reviewing your claim. They are expedient in letting you know how much of your claim is covered and then promptly either pay the vet directly or they pay the client. I have found their coverage to be very fair each time I have made a claim. I highly recommend Trupanion!

And even though i gave to health paws my doctor phone number, they still wanted me for an old record. And my case was not resolved. One phone call solved it, but they didn't try.
