I highly recommend Healthy Paws
I highly recommend Healthy Paws! I didn’t sign up until my dog was about 3 and wish I had from puppyhood. They were always fast with their reimbursements, especially when I opted for direct deposits after uploading the vet bills. When my girl finally lost her battle with mast cell cancer, they sent a very nice note and followed up soon afterwards. I’ll be reaching back out to Healthy Paws when I’m ready to get another best friend!

worthless, takes weeks to get any kind of response from the company, the claim will take forever, if they deny it for the wrong reasons itll take weeks more. terrible, please don't waste your time here

Did not pay claims even with appeals
I submitted 4 or 5 for over $500 claims for my dogs on going staph infection. Initially denied, and then the appeal was denied based on skin allergies/skin issues. Even with the vets notes that these were not due to allergies or normal skin allergies.

Nothing but pawsitive things!
I've had nothing but a positive experience with HealthyPaws. When I first rescued my dog, I knew I had to get pet insurance for both peace of mind and because, well, I wanted to make sure my dog would be taken care of in emergencies. Signing up was super easy and submitting claims is simple and processed quickly. And customer service is so kind and responsive. They even reached out asking about my dog when he got sick. Highly recommend HealthyPaws and it's my go-to recommendation for friends with dogs.

Sonnet Insurance is a joke.
One year ago, we made the worst decision to join Sonnet's clientele when we purchased our policies with them. The servers at Sonnet that handle our data did not download that correctly, and now we've had the utmost difficulty getting their technical team to look at it. However, we felt that our concerns were dismissed by the agent that served us, who was adamant about having our proof of experience before they could even escalate it to higher-ups for review. Also, the agent said, that since it was requested and until we provide it, it's going to be a pointless matter to pursue, and a manager would take 3-5 business days to respond and act on it if we're lucky. So much for keeping your clients happy. If you value your time and money, go somewhere else.

Customer service is VERY poor. Help is never available.
We’ve had problems. Many claims are denied or considered incomplete. When we call we never get an answer or if we leave a message we don’t get a callback. I’m SO unhappy with this company.
