I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PET INSURANCE…

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PET INSURANCE TO ANYONE!!! I have called numerous times to try to find something out about the misinformation they wrote on all 3 EOB claims. 55 minute hold was the 1st time and 35+ minutes were after that. Their recording says they pay within 15 to 30 days. HA HA! THEY accepted my claims MARCH 23, 2021 and this is May 13, 2021. I received a SMALL amount from 1 claim. I could have saved my premiums and had more!!!! Don't waste your money or time!

Great experience, recommend!

We got a pre-approved quote for dental work for our puppy and then on the day of the dentist work the actual claim was put through very quickly. So when I went to pay Trupanion had already paid their portion and I paid the rest and didn’t have to wait for a refund. It was great!
