Changed to Spot and so pleased
I recently changed my insurance to Spot. I was nervous as my other company had made it so easy to claim and always settled fairly but I really liked the idea that the consultation fee was covered with spot. We just had an awful summer with both dogs either injured or sick from one thing or another. 7 claims in 6 weeks and everyone one of them was paid to the amount expected. Even with the back log it was still within 2 weeks. Well done Spot

I had apartment insurance with TD
I had apartment insurance with TD. I had been with them for about ten years and they had insured my house and car. I had never had a claim. Then I moved to an apartment and we paying $35/month for insurance. I thought that was a reasonable, but when I moved from one apartment to another in the same building, they wanted to increase my premium to $65/month. I told them that was unacceptable and that Mr next call to then would be to cancel my policy. That's when I found Sonnet. I applied online in a few minutes and that was it. As promised, I called TD and cancelled my policy with them.
