All of my claims went silky smooth
All of my claims went silky smooth. Take a picture of the treatment receipt, log into the portal and submit the claim. The customer service rep I spoke with answered all of my questions and helped me submit my first claim. Glad I have pet insurance, takes a lot of pressure off of owning a pet and getting them the proper care.
