Trupanion always exceeds my expectations for my dog Abby! I referred my brother whom signed up! I didnât know there was a incentive to refer someone though. I missed out on that opportunity

Very disappointed in Trupanion on denying the last claim.
Very disappointed in Trupanion on denying the last claim. My dog has extreme thyroid problem and the claim was for her yearly blood work and because it was done at the same time of her yearly examination it was denied. There is no reason the entire bill should have been denied. When decisions like this no wonder Trupanion stock has dropped over $100 per share. I am hoping my next exercise will be better. William R.
