Did I miss something?
I sent in 2 separate claims on same invoice. One claim was for a new issue. ,one covered by you. I figured I’d get a listing of meds I’d paid for on the new issue, and an amount toward Reggie’s deductible. I haven’t received anything. I also checked his file on the app and didn’t find the claim. I resent last night only to be told I sent in a duplicate.
