SCAM
SCAM! I started my policy for my puppy just over a year ago and just renewed, I submitted a $1300 claim for my dogs surgery and they are only covering $150 and I have 80% reimbursement. I will be canceling both my policies and filing a complaint with the California Department of Insurance...this is BS! Check the Yelp reviews...it's not a coincidence that all the complaint reviews are the same.

Been a customer over 10 years with 2 pooches, they were their every time I needed them. If you by chance would have a bad experience, just know, it wasn't their fault . Its possible you didn't understand the policy and failed to adhere to its conditions. My dogs have way better insurance than I do and at 1/10 of the cost ! You people are a God send !

Lemonade is the best for my dogs!
Lemonade is a great platform to use to know that my 2 dogs (terrier mix and pomsky) are protected. I had Nationwide in the past, but Lemonade takes the cake. Lemonade has great rates, easy to file claims/payment of reimbursements, and most importantly the customer service is warm and transparent. I have also used Lemonade's chat feature where their experts guided me through policy coverage and dog health concerns.
