Diera was outstanding
Diera was outstanding. She helped me with all my questions about my claims . She went far and beyond trying to see what happened to my claims ( I didn’t get the reimbursement, probably check got lost in the mail ) . She went claim by claim making sure that were done . We spend maybe two hours over the phone and she was always cheerful and showing a lot of empathy . Employees like that it’s what we need . She is an outstanding assets for ur company

Good experience with Healthy Paws
I used another pet insurance company with previous pets, but found the reimbursement process to be slow, very complicated, and with a very low reimbursement rate. I almost didn’t get insurance for our new puppy because of that experience, but decided to give Healthy Paws a try. I’ve had Healthy Paws for a little over a year and have been so fortunate to have my dog covered by them. I was skeptical they would really be that straightforward about what they reimburse and at what rate, but it has actually been the case. It’s been a godsend. I needed to call Customer Service one time for clarification on something and I found them to very helpful. I would highly recommend.

I originally was frustrated that I couldn't update my account on the website then called to what I thought was within range of service and constantly got hung up on. In the process of writing the email I noticed that it was 9-9ET thankfully before I sent my frustrated email. However, once I called during business hours I believe the agents name to be Fin, if I can recall correctly. She was wonderful! She took care of all my needs and I have faith that in the (hopefully) never accident, my baby girl will be able to get the treatment she needs as I don't always have an extra 10k to spend on my pets health like my savior Zeus, bless his soul. Keep up the good work guys, no offense, but I hope to not have to reach back out to you ever, if not, for a long, long while.

Great customer service
Great customer service. They will even contact the vet for you to get copies of invoices for claims. Yes also very easy to take a picture and email them an invoice. Payments come quickly directly to my checking account. Highly recommend.

I purchased insurance in November for…
I purchased insurance in November for my 10yr old Maltipoo. Once my first payment was made, they started with typical insurance BS. Although he had one that showed he was in good health, it did not include “soap” notes. Fast forward to May 1st, my dog gets deathly ill, take. To his vet, the ER and then a critical center. I called customer service for information and I was met with a young snotty girl who gave me every reason why my claim would NOT be paid. AWFUL! Now I know you can’t judge a company by one person, however my experience did not get better. I would submit paperwork and was told I did not or they couldn’t make it out. It was just all terrible. Bottom line, out of $2400 FETCH paid $359. I was drawn in by their commercial and should have read reviews. I hope mine helps someone.
