If Trupanion have a problem with a claim they don’t contact the individual who submitted the claim for further information which results in funds being withheld in error.

Lifesaver

I took my dog into the er thinking she had a bad uti and it turned into a 4 day hospital stay for a new diagnosis of diabetes and pancreatitis. It was very scary but knowing I had trupanion to help with costs helped put the money side of things out of my head and just get her in the mend
