So far so good
So far so good. I have had other insurance that was good as well, but ManyPets pricing is better with more benefits. I also like the monthly payments rather than an annual lump sum. I haven’t made a claim yet, but will find out later my thoughts on that.

Figo is the WORST
Figo is the WORST! I thought because they were partners with COSTCO, I'd get a great policy for my puppy. They absolutely suck. Thanks for the flimsy water bowl and the dog tag, but I paid for that free crap in unpaid claims. What do they even reimburse for? Nothing. Please save your money and go elsewhere. Can't even get anyone on the phone and their chat isn't even available within the hours they claim to be available! I wasted so much money with this awful scam of a company.

Whether the amount paid to the vet is small or large, the percentage received back from Trupanion reflects the original contract and is always substantial.

GET IT IF YOU LOVE THEM AND ARE ABLE TO!
We have had our dogs insured since 2011. Thor has now crossed the Rainbow Bridge, but Brinio and Joey, who came after the first 2 and is believed to be Thorâs son, are blissfully still with us. Now that theyâre older, we truly appreciate having health insurance for them; it allows us to make health decisions for our little ones that best benefit them rather than being dependent on our bank account. The claims process turned out to be simple and seamless on-line. The only concern I have is that Iâve not received any reimbursement for claims filed 10 days ago; also, having signed on for direct deposit, I was sent checks for the last claims back in 2021.
