Such a scam of an insurance policy
Finally cancelled my policy with Figo. 1 star for the sign up process and the gift tag and bowl they send you in the mail. I had Figo for a total of 7 months. (Signed up when my puppy was 3 months old) Anyway, they find every reason under the sun to deny your claim. Most recently, I got a claim denied for an ear infection because he was seen months ago for a SEPARATE dermatological issue. The first issue was a bump on his neck, and they denied the ear infection with this explanation "If Your Pet showed Clinical Signs of any Dermatological Condition prior to the end of the Waiting Period, Your Pet must be free of any Dermatological Conditions for twelve (12) consecutive monthsbefore any Dermatological Conditions may be covered again" My fault for not reading the policy in it's entirety. Learn from my mistake and choose a different provider. I was able to find another pet insurance that wont just lump things into a category. In the last year I spent 1174.72 at the vet, and Figo paid out 72.90 LOL. Mind you my deductible was $250 and I paid extra for the wellness ride that covers some vaccinations which is what they paid out. I paid in total 88 per month for 7 months. The math says: FIGO IS A WASTE OF MONEY. COMPLETELY USELESS.

Healthy Paws is the Best!!
Healthy Paws is an amazing pet insurance company. My dog has severe allergies and they have covered all of her treatments, plus they were incredible about covering the two emergency rooms visits she's had. I didn't have to worry about paying for her care, because I knew they would help me - quickly and efficiently. I've never had to argue about coverage and my reimbursement checks come immediately. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!!

Healthy Paws Helped Save My Dog's Life
I highly recommend Healthy Paws for your pets. I would never go without it. The rates are reasonable and they pay within days of claim submission. I've used a few times over the years but most recently, my Dixie had to have 4 mast cell tumors removed with 2 surgeries, lots of imaging & tests, 2 night hospital stay each surgery to the tune of $14K. Claims were submitted and I had the money in my account in 2 days of discharge. Healthy Paws even reached out to me to see how my girl was doing. I can honestly say that Dixie is doing well and that is largely in part to Healthy Paws allowing us to get her the best treatment possible. They helped save her life.

I am happy with coverege...
I am happy with coverege...cause my pet mostly needs it. I haven't received a card for her yet hopefully it will come soon if you do send one out. I have 2 more pets and when I use it on my little Hershey qnd see how coverage is qnd I got some more money I might add them to.

I have called twice on this particular…
I have called twice on this particular claim and submitted all the requested documentation. Despite this, the claim denied again as a duplicate. Called and spoke to the rep who stated what I already knew and he said the claim will be sent back for reprocessing. I am not confident since this last call was a repeat of the previous call.

This is the first time I’ve acquired pet insurance. I just got a new border terrier puppy. I decided to get ASPCA Pet insurance because my daughter-in-law has it. She had over $8000 in vet bills the first year owning her Doberman and it was covered, less the deductible, thankfully. I thought they would not renew it for next year but they did. She also has it on two of her other dogs but has not ever needed to use it.
