I canceled because Tu took to long for my claim to be processed. They say thirty days for a claim to be processed yeah right. I put my claim in 11/6/21 and it’s Jan9,2022 and I still don’t have my reimbursement from that claim. That’s ridiculous. Don’t go here if your looking for your money back fast because it won’t happen.

Haven't used the policy yet so time will only tell. I did have to call in and talk to customer service as the website only allows you to set up policies for 5 animals. Customer service was pleasant.

When I purchase the policy very well and nice. The agent told me will send a form for my dog’s VET an information to my e-mail but was incomplete, never received. I try to call many times no answer, left a message every time and absolutely no respond. Then I think, if this is just to ask a question what will happen when a claim is needed? No answer???
