This insurance has been the best decision I have made for my miniature schnauzer, Cooper. He has always been very healthy, but this year just didn't seem quite right. Turns out he had pancreatitis which resulted in diabetes. Best Pets Insurance has alleviated the stress of the vet bills and I have been able to make sure Cooper gets the best care possible. He is doing very well and it is in no small part due to the fact we have insurance. I have had excellent service and experience with Pets Best and have recommended them to my friends with pets! The cost is definitely worth it! Cooper and I both thank Best Pets!!!!!

Extremely dissatisfied. Stay away at all costs
I am very disappointed in the coverage and what the policy covers. I truly feel the policy isn't worth the money that I am paying for it. I wouldn't recommend the company to anyone. Thinking about leaving and getting different coverage.

Pleasant experience overall

Put quite simply the staff at Trupanion are very friendly and excellent at handling the claim. I've never had a negative experience with them. I highly recommend them.
