You get what you pay for
I have had Trupanion since my bulldog was 2 years old....24/7 human service, easy claims, especially with the app, it is not the cheapest by any means, but you get what you pay for..... I only wish I had gotten it sooner!!!!

I have been a Trupanion client for 17 years. When we sadly lost our two dogs, I knew that if we got another, I would be back. I HAVE recommended it to others during this entire time. I appreciate the flexibility of the plan.

Friendly helpful associates. I also like the disappearing deductible that as I understand it, is for each illness or injury and is not an "annual" deductible that resets each year.

Everything was handled directly between my vet and Trupanion, which made the whole process very direct and simple. The vet sent an invoice to Trupanion who then indicated what they would cover. All I had to do was pay the deductible and exam.
