Incredible angels in the care of pets and their pet guardians
Our girl Katsa, who was only 7 and a half years old, got really sick and we had to rush her to urgent care. She was there for a period of 4 days and although she received incredible care, she passed away. Trupanion covered the urgent care costs with no question or delay. When I had to call them to have Katsa removed from the coverage plan, their hearts grieved with us due to the loss of our girl and they were so incredible and comforting. Their deep compassion, commitment to Katsa's care, and love and kindness to us and to Katsa and her brother Logan, spread light our way during a sad time. They sent a beautiful card that made us and Logan feel at peace. They were our angels during this and we are so blessed. From the beginning of Katsa and Logan's coverage, we have been treated like family and it is so evident that they truly love animals and their pet guardians. THANK YOU TO OUR TRUPANION TEAM!

Your agent gave a clear explaination of services. Nice lady to talk to. She listened to my questions and answered them. She knows your product. No high presure sale. I compared your insurance with several other companies. Your service and pricing was in equal to or better than the others. As with all insurance policies, I am glad you are there but I hope I never need to use you.

It has been great working with Healthy Paws. They are super prompt, and have great customer service. After my puppy had surgery they went out of their way to check in on her, which I thought was extremely thoughtful . I would definitely recommend this pet insurance to all my friends.

Healthy Paws provides excellent coverage and quick claims processing!
I had a wonderful experience with Healthy Paws covering emergency veterinary expenses for my 14 year old Doberman recently. I suspected she was experiencing a Urinary Tract Infection and knew she needed to be seen quickly to prevent it from spreading. I was able to take her to my vet to receive the highest quality care, all the while knowing her policy with Healthy Paws would stand behind us and cover the cost of her treatment; allowing me to focus on tending to her medical needs and ensuring she felt better as soon as possible. I have had all my rescue dogs covered with Healthy Paws since 2010 and their genuine concern for the cause of finding homes for homeless pets and providing a way for pet parents to pay for sometimes expensive medical care is above and beyond. I would highly recommend them!

This company TRUPANION is such a rip off and shady as hell. They prolonged denying my dogs claim until time to pull the monthly premium out of the bank. Told me that an injury was covered from day one yet when my dog took off after a cat and came back hopping (three months later) on 3 legs that the injury was pre existing. BEWARE of TRUPANION. Please look elsewhere for pet insurance

Horrible company they take your money…
Horrible company they take your money and do not want to pay the claims any excuse not to pay that's why vets make you pay upfront because they don't want to pay their claims they robbed me out of six months of premiums telling me my dog had a pre-existing condition when he blew out his opposite knee they are a bunch of scumbags don't waste your time waiting on a response from a manager
