Ive been trying to speak to someone since oct 5 and still no reply. They cant even reply here at this forum. I was on hold for 45 minutes today, oct 21. I cant wait forever. Save your time, get pumkin insurance they answer immediately. I gave aspca a month to reply, i havnt even recieved my contract, absolutely NOTHING from aspca insurance. Gee whst happens if you need to file a claim? Gee folks read the reviews, im not the only pissed off customer. Ive begged for a refund they wont get up with me for the 30 day guarantee period i assume.

Just new to this pet insurance....and my good friend for 40yrs is the vet. I'd rate it a 5 star if all the filing and reimbursement goes well, but I've not tested that and it's a key part of the insurance. Part of me says this is not worth it.....50 yrs of pets and no insurance, but lets just see if there's a benefit. I'm open to trying.
