Great company!
So glad that my husband and I decided to get insurance for our puppy. After an unfortunate accident, he required extensive surgery to repair a broken leg. SPOT reimbursed us almost $4,000.00 which was 80% of our claim. They processed the claim quickly. I had to contact them a couple of times for other issues and was very pleased with their customer service. I would highly recommend this insurance company.

Denied for something that was not by a vet
My dog got denied for Respiratory issues because I was the mother of a New Dog and didnt know what was wrong They said because I stated it...It made it a pre existing condition..now has allergies They will pay for but not xrays...Your agreeing to the meds she got the meds because the xray was needed to see what may be wrong.P.S. I am Not A Vet...

I am exited to have found this new insurance for my dog after many years with another company for my several pets. The customer service I had was amazing, friendly and answered all of my questions. I compared various insurance plans and was most impressed with ManyPets USA - in that they covered all aspects of a cat's medical needs. I just adopted two kittens so they will have a lot of preliminary vet care and for their journey into adulthood the need for Wellness coverage also. The website was easy to work with and very responsive follow ups.
