Monica was so helpful in going through the various plans and options. Her background as a vet tech was helpful in identifying some of the common medical issues associated with French Bulldogs so that I could determine what level of coverage to get for my Frenchie puppy.

Easy to submit claim, long time to process
It was really easy to submit the claims (all related), but it took over a month to process the claims with only an email to say "hey, we're still working on it." I wasn't sure if the delay was related to my vet sending records, or if PetsBest is just behind on processing claims. A little more communication would've gone a long way.

Had this insurance since we registered our dog and denied because they say it’s pre-existing. I have since learned that this is one of the worst insurances available even if they did honor their contract. What a scam.

Do not use Sonnet Insurance!
Do not use Sonnet Insurance. I was in an accident 2 weeks ago and called everyday since then to speak to an adjuster. Every time I called they would tell me an adjuster would get back to me by end of day or the next morning. It took me emailing the Ombudsman of Sonnet to finally get an adjuster. Then when I finally got an adjuster she never called me at the time we arranged. I called her several times and emailed, it took me calling customer service for her to get back to me finally today, where they tell me they will not cover anything. My car had been towed and has been sitting at a lot for over 2 weeks. And she tells me that to fix the car it is out of pocket. What have I been paying towards every month for them to pay for nothing. I will not be going with Sonnet for my new car, that is for sure.
