Your exam policy makes NO sense.
Your exam policy makes NO sense. If a condition is under follow-up visits, they should be covered in order to prescribe the next treatment. Filling your loci about not covering exams, perhaps I could skip the non-covered exam and have ZIggy examine HIMSELF and prescribe his own medication!
