Amazingly creative at finding reasons to deny claims. Don't expect to ever get a dime from them.
I've been a customer for just over 4 years and they continue to amaze me with their creative ways to not pay claims. Most recent example is with my cat who needs dental surgery. It is like if your own dental insurance denied a root canal at age 40 because you had a cavity at age 5. Strongly recommend you look at ANY other pet insurance company besides Trupanion.
