Had some technical trouble with the sign up process but everything seems to be in place now so I'm happy. Fingers crossed I don't need to use this insurance anytime soon though.

Great Experience with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance
My Pomeranian Bruno Bear had a one night $2500 hospital stay for gastroenteritis. Healthy Paws covered $2100. They paid the claim quickly and directly into my bank account. Just make sure Healthy Paws has your pet's medical records.

Never bothered getting back to me regarding an inaccurate claim disposition
I submitted a claim that was not accurately processed. I emailed asking to take another look at the claim and then received this survey before anyone has bothered to get back to me regarding my claim. Very professional!

Anna Walatt was amazing
Anna Walatt was amazing! I had spoken to a few representatives to discuss different aspects of the same issue. My questions got answers but I didn’t have complete confidence in them. However, when I got Anna she was much more pleasant. I went over all the information I was previously given. She was extremely patient,knowledgeable and personable. She even went out of her way and did something extra that none of the others offered. Please acknowledge her great customer service by placing a commendation in her records. She is definitely a great asset to your company!

I signed up for Healthy Paws insurance…
I signed up for Healthy Paws insurance when we first got our puppy, 4 years ago. She hasn't had any serious medical issues so had not had to file a claim until recently. Edie unfortunately punctured her eye causing an ulcer. Being a Boston Terrier, her eye would not heal on its own and required surgery to try and place a graft to assist in it's healing. That surgery was pricey ($3k) and was unsuccessful which then required another surgery to remove her eye (another almost $4k). It was a stressful and traumatic experience for all of us and I was equally stressed about filing my first claim and how it would go However, Healthy Paws made a stressful part of an already stressful experience, so easy and stress free! They even emailed to follow up on how Edie was feeling after her surgery. Highly recommend!

Nationwide pet insurance is above 10 stars service from agents is top notch and most importantly it's the best decision I've ever made for my dogs. All claims can be easily submitted and paid in less than 14days usually .. if you're undecided I guarantee you won't regret doing it

Great Pet Insurance
I’ve had this insurance for 2 1/2 years now since I got my dog. They have been great. Last year my dog had some health issues so she was at the vet a few times. It was so nice to have a low deductible and then get money back. She has only been once this year for her regular check up and shots and the experience going through her insurance was just as easy and reassuring. It’s been a life saver having this and saving money on some higher priced vet visits.
